The Snitch Device is a multi-purpose reconnaissance tool. Once thrown out, it will propel itself and attach to the first surface it touches. From here the Snitch Device will spot any enemies that come into view and also zap them with a neural disruptor, halting any health regen and making them more vulnerable to incoming bullet damage.
It is only available for use with Aimee, released as part of the 5-week Rogue en Vogue Update
